I think the "a|p" bit in the middle runs together and makes it difficult to pick out the words. One way to change that is to make the line segment taller and thinner; that'll still give it the subdivision feel that it has while making the surrounding words distinct. Otherwise, great logo!
Cygnus, Thanks for the comment. I'm really only going for the overall image; no words necessary to decipher. It's an arrangement of "C, R, O" which are my initials.
Cool; I think we're referring to different things. I'm referring to the text in the image. I didn't notice any initials in the logo, but on second glance it seems you are referring to the glyph to the left of "craigokraska|photography". Have I got it right? At any rate, best of luck with the gorgeous logo. (In case you don't know, this is Jonathan.)
